RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be received within 15 days of the original purchase. Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 60 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 60 days after the original order date.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be processed.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Your order will be well packaged to ensure its safe arrival. In the event that your package does arrive damaged, please contact me with your order number and product details. I will endeavor to replace any damaged items as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that all items are handmade, and may take time to replace.
SHIPPING
As of this time, shipping is available to anywhere in the United States or Canada. I use USPS First Class mail for all packages under 1lb, and Priority Mail for heavier items. Inside the United States, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Deliveries to Canada, please allow 2-4 weeks. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
